MEET ELIZABETH O'HAGAN

Your Yoga Instructor 

Elizabeth O’Hagan has had a passion for yoga since her early childhood, at just age 10 she was practising the downward facing dog pose from the pictures of a yoga textbook. Since then she has explored this passion and turned it into a devoted career as a yoga instructor. 

 

In 2012, Elizabeth travelled to the Himalayas to complete her teacher training in the Sivananda tradition. During this time, she also attended a month-long Ashtanga retreat under the guidance of Saraswati Jois, at the renowned KPJ Shala in Mysore. 

 

Elizabeth has a deep respect for the practice of yoga and now brings the teachings of Sivananda and Ashtanga to her clients at her yoga studio in Belfast. In her spare time, she likes to experiment in the kitchen, go for walks in nature and spend time with her daughter.

Elizabeth also has a particular interest in working with women, supporting them through many phases and cycles of life. From menarche to post-menopause, with a particular interest in the pre and post-natal stages, Elizabeth celebrates all stages of femininity through the practice of yoga.
