Meet Elizabeth O’Hagan 

Elizabeth O’Hagan has had a passion for yoga since her early childhood, at just age 10 she was practising the downward facing dog pose from the pictures of a yoga textbook. Since then she has explored this passion and turned it into a devoted career as a yoga instructor.

Pregnancy

Specializing in 1-2-1 Pre and Postnatal yoga

A specialized yoga practice to help support and nurture women through pregnancy from conception to birth and beyond. In this class, we can help strengthen the muscles needed for childbirth, focus on breathing techniques for labour, treat pregnancy symptoms such as a sore lower back and create a peaceful environment for the mother and baby in the womb. 

 Available for 1-1 sessions or small groups.
